OFFICE MANAGER AT WARDEN PARK ACADEMY

Permanent post, required ASAP


37 hours per week term time only plus Inset days and 1 week

Grade G £29,540 - £32,061 fte depending on experience. Actual Pro rata salary £26,059.87 - £28,283.87

Are you a highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated Office Manager looking to lead a friendly and supportive team and help enrich our pupils’ school experience? If you enjoy a varied role and have a calm, positive attitude, with the ability to multitask, then we would love to hear from you.

Experience

Previous experience working in a fast-paced office administrative role.essential
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and school management software; ability to learn new systems quickly.essential
Experience working within an educational setting, particularly within a school environment.
Experience with budget management, invoicing, and petty cash reconciliation.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes, staff attendance management, and payroll administration.
Previous line management experience.
