Your Mission

  • Empower Leadership: Coach and support line managers to deliver effective people management strategies to staff within their academies.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide legally compliant advice and support on employee relations matters, based on ACAS guidelines and evidence-based practice.
  • Operational Excellence: Support the delivery of high-quality HR and payroll services across the Trust.

About You

You are a technically credible, pragmatic and principled professional who is comfortable advising Senior Leadership Teams and responding well in a fast-paced environment. You possess:

  • Resilience & Rapport: The ability to build instant credibility, a solution-focused approach, and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Proven Expertise: A solid track record of coaching managers and providing an effective casework and advisory service.
  • Balance: A team-player mindset with the autonomy to progress people matters for your lead academies.
  • Flexibility: The ability to find pragmatic solutions while working within the framework of our policies and UK employment law.
