We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistants to lead, manage and develop colleagues within the Additional Learning Team and to support them in providing consistently high quality and specialist support to children with SEND.

This would include:

  1. Supporting students to access lessons across the school;
  2. Developing an understanding of the needs of the students you will be working with;
  3. Building students’ self-esteem and confidence;
  4. Monitoring, recording and reporting on student progress;
  5. Working 1:1 or in small groups with students.

If you have a genuine passion for education, and a desire to make a positive difference, excellent organisation and communication skills and a friendly and professional manner then we would be interested to hear from you. The successful candidate will be able to establish a positive, supportive relationship with our more vulnerable students. They will be flexible and able to adapt both to the developing needs of the students and the requirements of the teacher and department. The ability to work calmly under pressure and a willingness to learn and work with our digital systems will be required.
