We are seeking to recruit an inspiring, organised and student‑focused Head of Year to join our pastoral team. This pivotal role blends pastoral leadership with high expectations, ensuring every student feels supported, challenged and able to thrive in our 'Inclusive and vibrant' school (OFSTED 2024).
You’ll lead a year group with clarity and compassion, drive attendance and behaviour standards, work closely with families, and collaborate with staff to create a culture where students flourish both academically and personally.

Kineton High School is an oversubscribed, diverse mixed 11-18 comprehensive with approximately 1100 pupils on roll (180 in the Sixth Form). Our aim at Kineton is to put students at the heart of everything. We want them to develop the confidence, skills and qualifications to ensure that they are happy and successful. It also has an exceptional extra-curricular offer including after school clubs and revision as well as incredible trips and memorable experiences.
