Situated in Liskeard, a vibrant community setting, our school prides itself on providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where our youngest learners can thrive.
The successful candidate will work closely with the EYFS Class Teacher to support the delivery of the Early Years curriculum. You will play a vital role in creating a rich learning environment that fosters curiosity, independence, and a love for learning. About You
You will have a deeply child-centred approach and a genuine passion for early childhood development. Ideally, you will have experience working within an EYFS setting and a strong understanding of the "Characteristics of Effective Learning."

We are looking for someone who:
Possesses an enthusiastic, warm, and patient nature, with the ability to build quick and trusting relationships with young children and their families.
Is highly creative and proactive, confident in supporting learning both indoors and in our outdoor provision (regardless of the weather!).
Has good knowledge of early literacy/systematic synthetic phonics (e.g., Read Write Inc) and early mathematics.
Experience of The ShREC Approach, which engages our children in high quality interactions
Demonstrates strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively within a dedicated team.
Shares our vision and values to ensure every child gets the very best start to their educational journey.

Benefits of Working with Us:
As a leading Academy Trust, we are able to offer our staff a range of continued professional development opportunities alongside family friendly policies and access to the Local Government/Teachers Pension Schemes. More on our benefits can be found here.
