Your Role

Osborne Primary School are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant (EYFS) to join our Early Years team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning within our EYFS setting. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to provide engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate support for our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and delivery of learning activities in line with the EYFS framework

Work with individuals and small groups to enhance learning and development

Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress

Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioural development

Help to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment

Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers

What We Are Looking For

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

Experience working within an EYFS setting

A strong understanding of early childhood development and the EYFS curriculum

A positive, proactive, and flexible approach

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
