What you'll need to succeed
· Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is due to achieve QTS.
· Has a passion for Early Years education and child development.
· Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and high expectations for all pupils.
· Is committed to raising achievement and supporting student progress
· Embraces continuous professional development and reflective practice
