- Build positive relationships with students and create a classroom environment where everyone can thrive.
- Plan and assess learning with the support of experienced colleagues.
- Work collaboratively within a dedicated and supportive English team.
- Take part in our comprehensive Early Career Teacher programme and ongoing professional development.
We're looking for someone who
- Is completing (or has recently completed) an Initial Teacher Training programme.
- Has Qualified Teacher Status (or is on track to achieve it).
- Is passionate about English and committed to achieving excellent outcomes for all students.
- Is enthusiastic, reflective and eager to develop professionally.
- Shares our commitment to inclusion, high expectations and student success.
