Nether Stowe School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, talented, and committed Teacher of Mathematics to join our dedicated and ambitious Mathematics Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to make a significant contribution to the academic success and personal development of our students. As a Teacher of Mathematics, you will:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed
- Use a range of teaching strategies to support and stretch learners of all abilities
- Monitor, assess, and track student progress, providing timely feedback and intervention where required
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Mathematics curriculum and departmental initiatives
- Play an active role in the wider life of the school.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics
- Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and high expectations for student achievement and behaviour
