Your Role

The Royal Sutton School is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic and committed Second in English to join our dedicated and talented English team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher who is passionate about English and committed to ensuring that every student is supported to achieve their full potential. As Second in English, you will work closely with the Head of English to support the continued development of the department, contribute to high-quality teaching and learning, and help inspire a love of English across the school.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom practice and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for students. You will be a positive role model for colleagues and students, with the confidence to contribute to departmental leadership and support the ongoing development of curriculum, teaching and learning.
