We are a 3-16 all age fully inclusive Academy. Our school has been on a fantastic journey over the last 18 months, and we are incredibly proud of our amazing staff and pupils.   • Builds a positive relationship with ITT providers, mentors and school leaders
  • Is reflective, proactive and committed to continual professional development
  • Is enthusiastic about contributing to the professional learning culture of the school
  • Shares the school’s commitment to high expectations, Inclusions and Improving outcomes for all students


YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:

  • To lead and coordinate the school's Initial Teacher Training and Early Career Teach Induction programme, ensuring high-quality training, mentoring and professional development for trainee and early career teachers.
  • This post holder will also teach a subject within their specialism, contributing to high standards of teaching, learning and student progress.
