City View Pre-Schools & Nurseries in Canterbury has a fantastic opportunity to become a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Apprentice. We are looking for enthusiastic, nurturing, and hard-working individuals to join our team. As an Early Years Apprentice, you will undertake the training required to become a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner.

Duties

  1. Planning and delivering fun and educational activities for children
  2. Playing alongside and with children to support their development
  3. Contributing to children’s developmental records through Tapestry
  4. Assisting children at rest times and mealtimes
  5. Helping to create a safe and happy environment for children
  6. Working in partnership with parents to meet the needs of their children

This position would suit someone with a cheerful and outgoing personality, who can work on their own initiative and is prepared to commit to the requirements of an apprenticeship.

Rate of pay will increase after the first year of apprenticehsip is complete.
