Your Role

Reprographics Assistant

£11,813 based on 20 hours per week, term-time only

Are you organised, efficient, and keen to play a vital role behind the scenes in a busy school environment? Do you take pride in producing high-quality work and supporting others to achieve their best? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

Lytham St Annes High School (LSA) is looking for a Reprographics Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated support team. You’ll be the master of our printers and copiers — producing high-quality booklets, handouts, and resources that help our staff and students shine every day.

From fixing paper jams and topping up toner, to creating eye-catching materials and keeping supplies stocked, no two days are the same. You’ll also lend a hand with admin tasks and reception cover, playing an important part in keeping our busy school organised and efficient.

This is a fixed-term, part-time position for 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30am-12:30pm, term time only + 5 INSET days, until 31st October 2026.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is organised, reliable, and loves getting things done
  • Has an eye for detail and takes pride in great results
  • Can multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
  • Understands the importance of keeping students safe

This is a busy and varied role rewarded with:

  •  Competitive salary
  • Commitment to staff development
  • Access to wellbeing and counselling services for you and your family
  • On Site parking
  • Pension scheme
  • Family friendly policies to support our staff with parenting and caring responsibilities
  • Be yourself; enjoy being part of a culture and community with different backgrounds, interests, faiths and lifestyles
  • Staff discount eligibility for brands and stores.

Please take a little time to look at our website which will give a flavour of our ethos and show that we care about each and every child that forms part of our community, and about every member of staff; it is this ethos that makes us ‘a learning community in pursuit of excellence’. www.lythamhigh.lancs.sch.uk

Apply now and be the hero behind the handouts!

Closing date:  2nd December 2025 - 9.00am

Interviews:  w/c 8th December 2025
