The Coastal Collaborative Trust is looking for a proactive People and Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated People Team. Primarily based at Blackpool Sixth Form College, with some work across our other academies as required, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality people service across the Trust.

This is a permanent role, working 36.25 hours per week, college staff term time only, plus 5 additional days; offering a great balance between professional fulfilment and personal time.
A day in the People Team could see you:
- Posting new vacancies and coordinating applications, to keep our recruitment running smoothly
- Carrying out essential pre-employment checks, supporting our commitment to safer recruitment
- Drafting and issuing contractual change letters and preparing the weekly vacancy bulletin
- Minuting formal meetings, supporting wellbeing initiatives, and keeping records accurate and up to date
