Your Role

The Dean Trust is seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic School Senior Administrator to join our dedicated team at Lord Derby Academy.


The core purpose of the role will be to work primarily with the Senior Team (primarily Deputy Headteachers) - providing administration support to ensure the smooth and effective running of the school. 


Key responsibilities:

• Act as the administrative lead for Subject Access Requests (SARs), working in collaboration with relevant leaders and Trust Governance Lead to ensure compliance with data protection regulations

• Take administrative responsibility for the planning and coordination of enrichment activities across the organisation

• Work closely with the Careers Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) lead to support and coordinate all associated administrative processes and events

• Manage and coordinate content for internal communications, promoting enrichment and careers- related opportunities

• Produce high-quality marketing materials for social media platforms and internal displays, ensuring consistency with organisational branding overseeing upkeep of the school website
