Your Role

The Dean Trust is seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic [insert role] to join our dedicated team at Abraham Moss Community School, Crescent Road, Crumpsall, Manchester, M8 5UF.

The core purpose of the role will be to lead and coordinate all administrative work associated with meeting the special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) of pupils, providing effective and efficient administrative support to the SENCO and wider Additional Needs Faculty.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records for pupils with SEND, using school IT and management information systems effectively.
  2. Collate and maintain data relating to SEND pupils and provision, producing reports, statistics and information as required by the SENCO and senior leaders.
  3. Maintain an accurate profile of SEND provision across the school.
  4. Maintain the SEND information held within Bromcom, ensuring records are accurate and up to date and that SEND information required for the school census is correct.
  5. Input and maintain information within departmental spreadsheets, tracking systems and provision records.
