Your Role

First Federation Trust, a multi academy trust of 29 primary schools across Devon and Dorset are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individual to work alongside the class teacher across all areas of the curriculum at Whitchurch Primary School


This is a fixed term position until 31st August 2026 for 25.5 hours a week. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individual to work alongside the class teacher across all areas of the curriculum.


  • To deliver targeted interventions.
  • To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.
  • To work under the direction of the class teacher and liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school
  • You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion
  • There will be some aspects of working with SEND pupils 1:1 or small group work.
