Your Role

We are seeking to appoint, from September 2026, a full time, permanent Deputy Head with a teaching responsibility in EYFS and Key Stage 1 to work as part of the leadership team at Mary Dean's CE Primary School. We will be excited to hear from leaders with strengths in curriculum, assessment and those who have a proven track record of raising standards. We are looking for applicants who are ready to forge a pathway to prove their impact and join us in making the best futures for all our children.


As a Deputy Head you will focus on key aspect of school improvement; supported by an experienced School and Trust Leadership Team. This is a teaching role with weekly leadership release time. This is a full-time role and not suitable for ECTs. We are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate who:
