Lady Seawards Primary Academy are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individual to work alongside the class teacher across all areas of the curriculum.
- To deliver targeted interventions.
- To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.
- To work under the direction of the class teacher and liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school
- You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion
- There will be some aspects of working with SEND pupils 1:1 or small group work.
- Lead and supervise the wraparound care team, providing clear direction and support.
- In collaboration with the Head of School or relevant line manager, organise staff rotas and daily activities to ensure appropriate supervision ratios are maintained.
- Supervision and behaviour monitoring during lunchtimes in the Nursery setting
This is a mixed role comprising of a Mealtime Assistant in our nursery setting, Teaching Assistant in school and a Wraparound Care Leader for our after school care facility.
We are looking to cover Monday to Friday 12pm to 5.00pm:
- Nursery Mealtime Assistant Mon-Wed 12pm-1.30pm, Thurs & Fri 12pm - 1pm - 6.5 hours per week paid on Grade A
- Teaching Assistant Mon-Wed 1.30-3pm, Thurs & Fri 1-3pm - 8.5 hours per week paid on Grade B
- Wraparound Care Leader Mon - Fri 3pm - 5pm - 10 hours per week on Grade C
