To be successful you will need to:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and support pathways, with the confidence to act decisively and responsibly within a safeguarding‑led environment.
- Bring excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, showing empathy, adaptability, and the ability to build trust with students, families, and colleagues.
- Possess exceptional organisational and administrative abilities, with the capacity to manage varied demands and maintain high‑quality documentation and records.
- Think creatively and proactively to solve problems, maintaining a positive, solution‑focused approach in a fast‑paced and rewarding school setting.
- Embody the school’s values of Achievement through Caring, promoting a culture of respect, inclusion, and high expectations.
- Contribute fully to wider school life, acting as a positive role model and engaging proactively with colleagues and students.
- Demonstrate determination and professional credibility in leading staff within the Inclusion Team, working closely with the Deputy Headteacher/ SENCO to strengthen provision and outcome
