To be successful you will need to:
• Have strong communication, organisational and leadership skills to manage site operations effectively across multiple schools
• Possess sound knowledge of Health & Safety, compliance and site maintenance requirements
• Be able to plan, prioritise and coordinate workloads, supervising site staff and contractors
• Demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve problems proactively and work independently
• Embody the values of ‘Achievement Through Caring’
• Contribute fully to the wider life of the school and Trust
• Have high expectations of yourself and be a positive role model for others
