Why choose this Resourced Provision Lead above others?

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspiring leader to take responsibility for our well-established resource provision for students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

In this pivotal role, you will lead a provision supporting up to 25 students, shaping pathways, provision and practice to ensure that every learner achieves, feels a strong sense of belonging, and thrives.

This position offers a unique blend of teaching (approximately 60%) and leadership. You will oversee all aspects of the provision, including curriculum pathways, staff deployment and effective multi-agency working, driving high-quality outcomes for all learners.
