Are you a caring, patient and dedicated individual who is passionate about helping children thrive?

Criftins CE Primary School and Nursery is seeking to appoint a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support for a nursery-aged child. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to a child's educational journey within our warm, welcoming and values-led school community.

Working closely with the EYFS Lead, SENDCo and wider school team, you will support the child to access learning opportunities, develop independence, build positive relationships and participate fully in nursery life. You will also assist with wellbeing, personal care and the implementation of personalised support plans where required.

At Criftins, every role matters. We are proud of our nurturing environment where children are known, valued and encouraged to achieve their very best. As part of The Marches Academy Trust, you will join a supportive team committed to high-quality education, professional development and achievement through caring.

• Work well as part of a team and are committed to helping every child succeed.

What we offer

As part of The Marches Academy Trust, you will benefit from:

• Excellent professional learning and development opportunities through our Talent Pathway.

• Career progression opportunities, including funded qualifications where appropriate.

• A supportive and collaborative team environment.

• Access to free counselling, physiotherapy, GP services and other medical support.

• Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme.
