Children and Family Support Worker

      

We are seeking to appoint a Children and Family Support Worker to work within our Children and Family Support Team. The Family Support Team address the increasingly complex needs of a rapidly expanding school population at this large and popular Special School for pupils with moderate and complex learning difficulties (age 2 – 19)

The role involves ensuring that pupils and families are accessing relevant services to improve outcomes for pupils. To promote and develop the service and work effectively with other agencies.

 

Other necessary qualities include being able to maintain confidentiality, efficiency and being able to work on your own initiative and under pressure and a willingness to contribute to the continued improvement of our school.
