Your Role


The Leadership and Directors of Valley College are now seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and dynamic Class Teacher on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the day to day delivery of high quality education to our learners. Please see later in the advert for the job description and person specification.




The successful candidate will:


  • Be an outstanding classroom teacher across our full ability range
  • Have a proven track record in the development of their teaching
  • Be able to share and develop a vision for the college community
  • Be committed to all aspects of inclusion and to parent/advocate partnership
  • The post is based at Valley College Rossendale, however there may be a requirement, on occasion to travel to Valley College at Blackpool – in these circumstances, mileage will be paid
  • Part time may be considered for the right applicant
