Bulwell St Mary’s Church of England Primary & Nursery School is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our Nursery and EYFS unit. The successful candidate will hold a relevant Level 3 qualification appropriate for Early Years and either have a paediatric first aid certificate or be willing to undertake this training.


We are looking for someone with strong experience in Early Years practice, who is confident in planning, delivering and adapting high-quality provision to meet the needs of all children. Working alongside our two experienced teachers, the role will involve contributing to the full planning cycle, preparing and managing resources, and supporting the delivery of engaging learning experiences.


A key strength of the successful candidate will be their ability to provide high-quality interactions, recognising how these underpin children’s development, language, and learning in EYFS. They will be committed to supporting children to flourish through purposeful play, skilled questioning, and responsive teaching.
