The Department

Our Design and Technology Department is an inspiring and energetic part of the school where creativity meets real world skills. We give students the opportunity to explore the art and science of food developing practical cooking techniques, understanding nutrition, and discovering the joy of creating dishes from scratch.

The Position

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Food Technology Teacher to join our dedicated Design & Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves food, values practical learning, and is committed to helping students develop essential life skills. Ability to teach the vocational hospitality and catering at a GCSE level.essential

Experience

Track record of good or outstanding teaching.essential

Relevant Skills

Ability to manipulate data and to access and maintain electronic records and reports.essential
