Contract Type: Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Hours: Part Time 35 hours - 5 days per week Term Time plus 5 Training Days

Salary Grade: NJC Pay Scale SCP 17 – 23 (Actual Salary £25,128 - £27,892 per annum)

About the candidate


We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who:

 

·        Meets Higher Level Teaching Assistant standards or equivalent qualification or experience 

·        Has Experience of working with children of relevant age in a learning environment

·        Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Is proactive, flexible, and committed to inclusive education

·        Has a genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential

Qualifications

GCSE’s in English & Maths at grade 4 or above (or equivalent) essential
