Your Role

St Paul's is a small, friendly school in the centre of Salford. Through our teaching, learning and pastoral care, we strive to ensure that our children believe in themselves and in God, so that they have the confidence to overcome barriers in order to achieve, to the best of their ability, whatever they aspire to. Our Christian values, which are at the heart of all we do, help to prepare our children to be a positive citizen in today's society - compassion, forgiveness, respect, trust and justice.

The Governors and Principal of St Paul’s CE Primary School are seeking a motivated and passionate Assistant Principal to lead Key Stage 2, to join their team in providing exceptional opportunities for learning and promoting positive outcomes for children.

We are looking to appoint an Assistant Principal to join our Senior Leadership team who:

· Is an exceptional classroom practitioner with KS2 experience

· Is an aspiring or experienced leader who strives for excellence

· Consistently models the highest expectations

· Forms excellent relationships with pupils, staff and parents

· Is driven, determined and passionate about making a difference

· Is a committed team player

We can offer:

· An opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team

· Fantastically hardworking and polite pupils

· A wide range of development and CPD opportunities

· A supportive working environment

At Vantage CE Academies Trust, we are very proud of our values-led ethos:

·    Fostering a culture of professional development

·        Developing centres of excellence

·        Encouraging our individual spiritual journeys

·        Developing future and aspirational thinking

·        Celebrating individual distinctiveness and our particular vocation to the least advantaged

·        Encouraging curiosity

·        Refusing to set a limit on what is possible for ourselves, for one another, and for our community of schools.

If you think this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
