Your Role

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team as our Curriculum, Data and Timetable Manager. This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of our school’s timetable and data systems, helping us maintain an efficient, well‑structured, and student‑centred learning environment.

We are seeking someone who is confident, motivated, and skilled in managing complex information. You will play a key part in producing the whole‑school timetable, maintaining accurate curriculum and assessment data, and supporting staff to use data effectively to drive student progress. Excellent communication, strong ICT skills, and the ability to build positive working relationships are essential.

If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy problem‑solving, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where accuracy and collaboration are key, we’d love to hear from you. Your work will directly support high‑quality teaching and learning and help every student reach their full potential.

At our school, we believe in the power of teamwork and the potential of every student. Our staff are passionate, hardworking, and united by a shared commitment to transforming lives through education. We can offer the successful candidate an opportunity to work with highly trained and supportive staff, as well as a whole school commitment to professional development, since we believe that staff development is a fundamental aspect in raising standards further for our students.

The Wade Deacon Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory medical clearance.
