Your Role

We are seeking to appoint a highly committed and inspirational Assistant Principal to join our successful school.

You should be a knowledgeable, highly motivated and ambitious professional with a strong track record of leading whole school improvement with positive impact. In addition, the successful candidate will be an excellent teacher across the Primary Phase who can lead others through their example, enthusiasm and resilience.  

Our new Assistant Principal will be responsible for leading teaching, learning, assessment and curriculum development within our school. They will lead the development of English to ensure that all staff are knowledgeable, skilled and highly effective practitioners who strive for excellent outcomes for all pupils.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team of the school, the successful candidate will work with the Principal and Assistant Principal for Inclusion to further refine and develop strategic direction and future development and lead all Stakeholders through the next stage of improvement at Yew Tree.
