We are looking for two highly motivated and compassionate Behaviour Intervention Leads to join our Outstanding School. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people, promoting positive behaviour and helping students overcome barriers to learning. Working closely with students, families and staff, you will provide early intervention and targeted support to improve behaviour, attendance and engagement. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, inclusive and purposeful learning environment, ensuring high expectations and positive outcomes for all students.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, experience of working with young people, and the ability to remain calm and resilient when managing challenging situations. Experience of pastoral support, safeguarding or working with students with additional needs would be an advantage. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people while becoming part of a team committed to excellence, inclusion and student success
We can offer the successful candidates an opportunity to work with highly trained and supportive staff, as well as a whole school commitment to professional development, since we believe that staff development is a fundamental aspect in raising standards further for our students.
The Wade Deacon Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory medical clearance.
