Part-time: 29.75 hours per week (Mon–Fri, flexibility available)

WMAT Associate Scale WA3 Salary: term time only + INSET days £17,358 (FTE £24,420 - £26,16)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting students in class and in small groups
  • Helping deliver personalised learning and life skills
  • Working with students with autism, PMLD and complex needs
  • Supporting communication, independence and wellbeing
  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
