Part-Time Permanent (3.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday 1.30pm – 2.15pm (Term Time Only)

The Avon Valley School & Performing Arts College is a thriving secondary school dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for all our students. We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and highly committed individual to join our team as a Lunchtime Supervisor.
This role is vital in ensuring the safety, welfare, and positive engagement of our students during the busy lunch period. If you enjoy working with young people and can supervise large groups effectively, we encourage you to apply.
No formal qualifications are required, however, a good standard of written and spoken English is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safety and good conduct of students across various areas of the school during the lunchtime break.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone who is:
· Reliable, punctual, and highly responsible.
· Patient, calm, and able to manage situations with tact and firmness.
· Confident in supervising groups of secondary school-aged children (ages 11-16).
· Able to establish excellent rapport with both students and staff.
· A committed team player who can follow instructions and school policies effectively.
· (Desirable) Previous experience in a school or supervisory role.
