We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisors to join our exceptional team. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a genuine difference to their daily experience in school.
As a specialist secondary school for students with a wide range of complex learning needs, we are seeking people who are patient, adaptable and committed to helping every student feel safe, valued and successful. You will support students during lunch, assist with personal care where required, encourage positive interactions and help create an enjoyable and inclusive lunchtime environment.

This means taking an active interest in understanding our students, noticing small changes, asking questions and working closely with colleagues to ensure every student receives the support they need to thrive. We are looking for people who are keen to learn, reflective in their practice and committed to understanding each student's individual needs.
