We are a 3-16 all age fully inclusive Academy. Our school is on an exciting journey, and we are incredibly proud of the culture we are building here. WE ARE SEEKING A PASSIONATE CANDIDATE WHO:

·        Is a highly effective practitioner or demonstrate the potential to be so, having a clear understanding of the characteristics of high-quality teaching and able to teach across the whole ability range.

·        Will quickly build rapport and effective professional relationships with both pupils and colleagues.

·        Will motivate children to work hard and try their best through passing on to them their infectious enthusiasm and passion for learning!

·        Will actively share good practice and seek to explore ways to improve their own and others’ teaching.

·        Will work hard to ensure all pupils make at least expected progress irrespective of their starting point and individual needs.

·        Will understand that behaviour management starts with the quality of teaching in the classroom.

·        Will demonstrate personal resilience and role model those personal qualities we wish to instil in our young people.



YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:

·        To teach primary aged children as identified by the schemes of work.
