Do you love a role where no two days are the same? Are you confident using IT systems, naturally organised, and able to switch priorities as new requests land in your inbox? Do you take pride in delivering great customer service and have an eagle eye for the tiny details that others miss?

If you have answered YES to these questions, then we want to hear from you!

The Coastal Collaborative Trust is looking for a proactive People and Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated People Team. Primarily based at Blackpool Sixth Form College, with some work across our other academies as required, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality people service across the Trust.

At the Coastal Collaborative Trust, we genuinely believe our people make the difference. We’re proud to offer a supportive, forward-thinking environment where ideas are welcomed, improvements are encouraged, and the work you do really matters. From helping a new colleague feel at home on their first day to improving the way we do things digitally, you’ll play a key role in supporting staff and, ultimately, our students.

This is a permanent role, working 36.25 hours per week, college staff term time only, plus 5 additional days; offering a great balance between professional fulfilment and personal time.

A day in the People Team could see you:

  • Posting new vacancies and coordinating applications, to keep our recruitment running smoothly
  • Carrying out essential pre-employment checks, supporting our commitment to safer recruitment
  • Drafting and issuing contractual change letters and preparing the weekly vacancy bulletin
  • Minuting formal meetings, supporting wellbeing initiatives, and keeping records accurate and up to date
