Your Role

Netherfield is a great school with happy children and happy staff. The area we serve is mixed and vibrant and our families are supportive and ambitious for their children. Our staff team is hardworking, committed and friendly.

The Governors of Netherfield Primary School are looking to appoint reliable, child-centred Midday Supervisors to add their skills and ideas to our dedicated team of lunchtime staff. We would be particularly interested to hear from applicants who are caring and approachable and able to communicate effectively with children in a calm manner.

Duties will include the supervision of children in the dining room and playground during the lunchtime period. You should also be committed to working as part of our team to promote a positive approach to behaviour and ensure the safety and well-being of our children. Though experience of working within a similar role is desirable it is most important that we appoint the right person.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. These posts are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
