We are seeking an exceptional Curriculum Leader in MFL to join our team at Callerton Academy. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious and inspiring professional who can lead the development of outstanding teaching and learning within the MFL department. 

You will take strategic responsibility for raising achievement and progress in MFL across the academy. This includes leading curriculum development, implementing effective assessment strategies, and ensuring high-quality teaching practice. You will line-manage and motivate a team of dedicated staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture that drives excellence. 

As a key member of the leadership team, you will contribute to whole-school priorities and play an active role in shaping the future of the academy. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on student outcomes and to lead a department that is central to our vision of academic success.
