Your Role

We are looking for a motivated and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team at Callerton Academy. In this varied and rewarding role, you will be at the heart of the school, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and providing a welcoming first point of contact for students, parents and visitors.

Working closely with colleagues, you will maintain records, organise meetings and events, manage office systems and communications, and provide high-quality administrative support across the school.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ICT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
