Contract details:      Fixed Term for the duration of the apprenticeship (Typical duration 18 month)

We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.


We are offering the opportunity to earn while you learn on a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Standard Apprenticeship based at Rufford Primary School.

The successful candidate will;


  1. Work with children and support them in their learning
  2. Be positive in their approach to their work and all members of the school community

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Candidates will need English and Maths at GCSE Grade 4/C or above, Level 2 Functional Skills, or equivalent. Those who do not currently meet this requirement must be willing to work towards achieving it alongside their apprenticeship.
  2. Demonstrate a passion for the education sector


Apprenticeship details:

  1. Qualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
  2. Training Provider: LMP Education
  3. The course is delivered in the workplace only. An assessor will be allocated to you to progress / help you through you course.
  4. At the end of your training, you will complete a range of assessments, which may include exams, coursework, a portfolio of evidence and an End-Point Assessment, leading to the achievement of a Level 3 qualification.
