The Role

As Deputy Headteacher for Quality of Education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our strategic vision for teaching, learning, and curriculum development. You will lead on:

  • Driving excellence in teaching and learning across all departments
  • Leading curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation
  • Ensuring high standards of assessment, feedback, and student progress
  • Supporting and developing middle leaders to raise attainment
  • Embedding a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement
