We are looking to appoint a hardworking and reliable Caretaker to join our site team at Cloudside Academy, part of L.E.A.D. Academy Trust. This role is essential in ensuring that our pupils and staff work in a secure, safe, and welcoming environment.
Main duties include:
- to be a key holder and lock the premises
- general maintenance
- maintaining health and safety and COSSH
- some cleaning duties as needed
- liaising with contractors
- portering

- Has a good eye for detail and high standards
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
