Noel‑Baker Academy is seeking an ambitious Assistant Headteacher for Performance and Standards to join its senior leadership team from September 2026. This key role will lead whole‑school assessment, progress tracking and performance analysis, using data intelligently to raise standards, close attainment gaps and ensure every pupil achieves their potential. Working closely with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and wider leadership team, the successful candidate will support curriculum and pastoral leaders, strengthen transition and intervention strategies, and maintain a relentless focus on high expectations, inclusion and continuous improvement within a supportive and forward‑thinking academy community.
