We are seeking to appoint a passionate and committed Teacher of Science to join our ambitious and supportive team at Noel-Baker Academy.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking department, at a time of significant development across the academy. With new leadership and a clear focus on improving outcomes, we are looking for a teacher who can deliver high-quality lessons, inspire a love of Science and ensure every pupil achieves their potential.

About the Role

As a Teacher of Science, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (
  • Use assessment effectively to identify gaps, address misconceptions and secure strong progress
  • Contribute to a knowledge-rich, ambitious curriculum that supports long-term learning
  • Support pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND and other barriers to learning
  • Work collaboratively within a committed Science team to share best practice and drive improvement

  • Values teamwork and contributes positively to the wider school community
