Your Role

Da Vinci Academy is seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused Reprographics Assistant to provide a high-quality reprographics and print service across the academy. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning by producing curriculum resources, booklets, planners and other materials, while managing stationery and ICT consumable stocks.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Deliver all academy reprographics and printing requirements.
  2. Produce and prepare teaching resources, including laminating and binding.
  3. Maintain photocopiers and liaise with engineers regarding repairs.
  4. Monitor copier usage and manage recharge information.
  5. Maintain stock levels of stationery and ICT consumables.
  6. Support staff with the use of reprographics equipment.
  7. Build positive relationships with staff, students and external suppliers.


About You


We are looking for someone who:


  1. Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  2. Has strong organisational and administrative skills.
  3. Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  4. Can prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  5. Works independently and uses initiative.
  6. Has excellent communication skills.
  7. Has experience in a similar role (school experience desirable).
