This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring every examination is managed securely, efficiently and in full compliance with JCQ and awarding body requirements.

As our Examinations Officer, you will be at the heart of academy operations, overseeing examination entries, timetabling, invigilation, results and post-results services, while also supporting key data and MIS processes. Working closely with senior leaders, staff, students, parents and external agencies, you will help ensure that every student is given the best possible opportunity to succeed.

We are looking for someone who:

  1. Has excellent organisational, administrative and time-management skills.
  2. Can manage competing priorities and work accurately under pressure.
  3. Has strong ICT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems.
  4. Builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and a commitment to confidentiality.
  6. Shares our commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and high standards for all young people.

In return, we offer:

  1. A rewarding role where you can make a direct impact on student outcomes.
  2. A supportive and collaborative working environment.
  3. Access to high-quality professional development through L.E.A.D. Academy Trust.
  4. A comprehensive staff benefits package including pension scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, online GP service, occupational health support, physiotherapy services and staff discounts.

At Noel-Baker Academy, we believe every child deserves an exceptional education. We are on an ambitious journey of improvement and are looking for talented professionals who share our vision and values to join us.
