Your Role

Headteacher’s PA – Noel-Baker Academy

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, professional and proactive Headteacher’s PA to join Noel-Baker Academy.

This is a key role at the heart of the academy, providing high-level, confidential and proactive PA and executive support to the Headteacher. You will manage a varied workload including diary and meeting coordination, correspondence, reports and briefings, key academy events and communication with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced PA, executive assistant or senior administrator who is highly organised, confident and able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. You will have excellent communication and IT skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.

Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team, you will also liaise with governors, parents and carers, Trust colleagues and external organisations, making this a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy organisation.

In return, you will join a supportive and values-driven academy and benefit from the wider opportunities and professional development available through L.E.A.D. Academy Trust.

Noel-Baker Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
