Finance assistant and Receptionist - Maternity Cover

Scale: SCP 3-7 (£25,615 - £27,275 per annum FTE) pro-rata

Actual Salary: £14,421-£15,357

Start date: 01/09/2026

Contract: Temp for maternity cover - 1 year or return of post holder.

Hours: 25 Hours per week (8am - 1pm Monday to Friday) Term time only


UTC Leeds is seeking to appoint a Finance Assistant and receptinist to join our vibrant and dedicated team. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a confident and courteous manner and a proactive, "can-do" attitude. The role will support the Fibnance Manager and Assistant Accountant with the processing of orders, invoices and other financial transactions to ensure the smooth and afficient financial management of the academies.


In assition, the postholder will provide high-quality administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders, while managing the main reception area - welcoming visitors, handling enquiries, and helping to maintain an efficient and professional front of house service.
