We are looking to appoint an inspiring and outstanding classroom practitioner to join our Maths Department here at Myton; we are looking for someone who is ambitious and able to share their enthusiasm and passion for Maths with all their students and colleagues.
There are 11 brand new teaching rooms designated as Mathematics rooms, each of which is equipped with a laptop, whiteboard and an interactive screen. Each room has a variety of textbooks, including CGP for KS3 and Elmwood (Michael White) for KS4. We also have a dedicated department office with space for staff to work away from their classrooms. Our Maths HLTA is able to support lessons or lead small group interventions.
In short, we are a popular, high performing school with academy status, situated between Warwick and Leamington Spa with a strong community spirit. Our staff offer students a massive range of extra-curricular opportunities in addition to a wide curriculum and we would be delighted to expand this further if you have additional time and talents to share.
